1. Agreement and Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Topik Guru, a product of Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd., including the Topik Guru website (topikguru.com) and the Topik Guru Android app on Google Play (package com.topikguru.app) (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply to every Android app we publish under the Topik Guru name. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also apply and form part of these Terms.

2. Accounts and Billing

When you create an account with us on Topik Guru, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Topik Guru offers premium subscriptions and digital products (online books and study materials). We support the following payment methods:

a) Dodo Payments (International Cards)

Card-based payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all card transactions and handles payment processing and billing-related customer service. We do not store your card details on our servers.

b) APInepali — Nepali Digital Wallets

Nepali users may pay via APInepali, a payment aggregator that supports Nepali digital wallets and banking services (including eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, and FonePay). When you choose this method, you are redirected to the APInepali-hosted payment page. APInepali's own terms and privacy policy govern that transaction. We do not access or store your wallet credentials. A service charge as configured by APInepali may apply.

c) Manual Payment (Bank Transfer)

We also accept manual bank transfers. To complete a manual payment, you must submit your transaction ID and a payment screenshot through the app or website. Manual payments are reviewed and approved by our team within a reasonable time. Approval is not guaranteed if the transaction cannot be verified. Submitting false or fraudulent payment proofs is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

d) Prices and Taxes

The price shown on the payment page before you pay is the total price for the plan or product, including any applicable taxes. Payment providers may add their own service charges, which are shown on their payment page. We may change our prices for future purchases, but a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

e) Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Where that policy says a purchase is final or non-refundable, this applies except where the law gives you a right to a refund (see Governing Law, section 8). Billing errors, such as a double charge, are always corrected.

f) Free Features and Advertising

Many features of Topik Guru are free to use. Free features are supported by advertising, so the app and website show ads. Ads are personalised only where you have given consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors.

4. Content Disclaimer

All practice questions, mock tests, and study materials available on Topik Guru are created by the Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd. team for educational and practice purposes only, developed with reference to official EPS-TOPIK exam guidelines and publicly available learning materials.

  • Our questions are practice questions only. They are not sourced directly from, endorsed by, or affiliated with HRD Korea, the Korean government, or any official EPS-TOPIK examination body.
  • We make no guarantee that any question appearing in our app will appear in an actual EPS-TOPIK exam.
  • Topik Guru is a study aid, not an official exam preparation resource. Use it to build knowledge and confidence, not as a prediction of actual exam content.
  • All intellectual property rights in the original question content created by us remain with Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (in the app: Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account, or on the web at topikguru.com/delete-account).

We may suspend or terminate your account, immediately and without refund, if you break these Terms (for example, by sharing your account or submitting false payment proof). Where possible, we will tell you why.

If we close your account, or stop offering a paid feature you have bought, for any other reason while your paid plan is still running, we will refund the unused part of your plan in proportion to the time remaining.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can stop using the Service. A plan you have already paid for continues on the Terms that applied when you bought it until that plan ends.

8. Governing Law and Your Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

If you are a consumer living in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement under the law that applies to you, including any statutory right of withdrawal or right to a remedy when digital content or services are faulty.
